Privacy Policy​

At Adaptive Apps Ltd. we are committed to maintaining the privacy of our customer’s personal information. Certain features of the application will require credentials.

This Policy will describe how the application collects, uses and protects your information.

The Application collects the following credentials:

  • A uniquely generated device identifier
  • Encrypted login credentials
  • Any additional keys necessary to facilitate a secure and encrypted data transmission between client and server

We use this information to obtain authentication for login to the Application and validation against the clinical web service. All the authentication information is stored and transmitted encrypted and on a secure connection.

The App will verify with admin controls of the institution responsible for the clinical web service that the provided credentials are authenticated to access the service. The admin controls and clinical web service are not owned or controlled by Adaptive Apps.

Adaptive Apps may continue to evolve and periodically update its privacy policy to better describe current best practices in data protection and privacy.

End User License Agreement

This is a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between User and Adaptive Apps Limited (“Adaptive Apps”) which provides the terms of your use of the application (“Software”). 

Intellectual Property

Adaptive Apps retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software. Application design, functionality, user interface implementation and all other aspects of the application not related to the content provided by the clinical web service are the property of Adaptive Apps. You shall, and shall ensure that others do not: a) remove or modify any marks or proprietary notices of Adaptive Apps, b) provide or make the Software available to any third party, c) use the Software to provide third party training for Adaptive Apps products, d) assign this Agreement or give or transfer the Software or an interest in them to another individual or entity, e) decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer (except to the extent permitted by applicable law) the Software, f) create derivative works of or based on the Software or g) use any Adaptive Apps name, trademark or logo.

Miscellaneous

The Software licensed hereunder is not intended for use in the diagnosis, prevention, cure or treatment of a disease or condition or as a medical device or an accessory to a medical device. It is intended to be used by healthcare professionals to access and view patient health information on a mobile device, such as a Microsoft Surface, Google Nexus 7 or Apple iPad, in order to plan and provide patient care and clinical support.
